A WORD OF CAUTION TO BROKERS!!!: Raceway has taken off most of our Agent Office's contact information, because of Brokers that are to Ignorant..
to ask their Customers.. to RAISE their Rates to help in this very difficult time in rising fuel cost to Operate. So if you're
thinking of calling Raceway to get a Rate that only makes your brokerage firm a PROFIT, PLEASE DON'T!. If you can't afford to pay a good Carrier a decent Rate, put your freight
on THE RAILROAD, and wait 3 weeks to get it there!. This office will waste no time in hanging up the phone on you, if you
call us for hire.. just to make us fuel funding to Operate. We are very tired of dealing with calls like that..Period!. TRY
Giving out 20 to 50 rate quotes a day, for nothing, and see how it feels!!..There is a lot of you out there that want Raceway
to haul your freight, so pay us what's right!.. and I'll give you the trucks!.. Sound Fair?.. Think About it, and Lets Roll!!.
Hope you understand what we are having to deal with here everyday 24/7!. This statement of, oh.. the fuel surcharge is included in the rate, is complete Horse Shit!.. and
we won't hear of it!. One more thing, if you book one of our trucks on a verbal commitment, and you hold it all day long,
with no rate confirmation sent to us after we have asked for it all day long, and your shipment gets canceled, no matter what
the reason is, we will charge you $1,000.00 for a truck order not used that day!.. period!. There is a lot of Brokers out there today trying to find that
cheaper truck, after they book a load with a carrier, they call back to say.. Our Customer covered it another way, were
sorry and all that junk, well.. were sorry also, cause you're paying us anyway!. You may ask how we can charge you a truck
order not used without a rate confirmation, that is simple, our Lawyers go by phone records.. so be honest with Raceway..
and we will do you a great job out there!. If you were directed to look over our web site, I sure hope you have read this
area, because if you verbally book any of my trucks to wait for a load without a rate confirmation, and the next day you call
our office saying the load was canceled, I will request a truck ordered not used anyway!. It is a shame it has
to come to this, but there is more worthless brokers out there today, than there has ever been!. I'm going to do whatever
it takes, to protect and safe guard Raceway Motor Lines from losing out on worthless bookings!. I hope most of you understand
these kinds of dispatches that are no doubt worthless to hard working carriers, and to their dispatchers?.
