We will
upon a call from you.. asking us to load your equipment somewhere, will find you a shipment without charging you for our dispatch
time put into it, free for up to 1 hour, if we can't put Raceway's freight into your trailer. We Will Dispatch for you free
of charge, even if we do not find you a shipment, it is still free of charge!.
The only time there is charges, is when we agree to
a rate that is with one of our regular customers shipments. We don't add anything on top of a rate for dispatching someone
elses shipment, that is free!. it's very true!..But we accept ( Tips ) hehehehehehe.. we just want to be everybody's neighbor
in transportation.. we truly do!!.
You see, After you as a Owner Operator has done business with Raceway Motor Lines, if you call us needing a load,
and if we don't have any of customers regular freight for you, we will do load searches for you, for free! up to 1 hour of
searching!.. to help you get freight from another brokerage, to get you loaded somewhere!. See
if any other transportation will do that for you!.
Just because you're leased to Raceway, were not going to hold you just to haul our freight, even though you're
under our lease program!. We don't ask for you to be stuck anywhere, just because you're leased on with us, if you have to
load with a broker, that is ok with us!. Some trucking companies ask you to only load through them for freight, if you're
leased onto them, we are not like them!.
All
of us here at Raceway Motor Lines are very friendly!, we will do anything, and everything possible to help any trucking companies
out there leased to us, keep moving!!. Oh , and by the way, were not Union Pacific Railroad, so we don't force Railroad Rates
on you either!.. as the Owner Operator!.
We pay a fare rate to our Owner Operator Carriers for Transportation, or we don't accept the freight from that customer that's
doing business with Raceway Motor Lines!. I know you hear brokers every day saying, well that's all the customer will pay
us to move it, I don't think so.... baby!.
If I call my customer to say this is what my Owner Operator can do it for, most of the time they
say ship it!.. why??..because Raceway Motor Lines has respect!, maybe there is brokers out there that let customers PUSH them
around??, not with Raceway!. I tell every customer we get, I care about my Trucking Companies Business, and I will not have
my Owner Operators talk bad about us out there, that.. if you have bad talk about your company, who wants that?, No one!.
Were not going to be listed, and talked
about as cheap trucking company!. I just hope everyone understands things about us, that were not here to ROB the Owner Operators
of a fair shake out there, and that we want them to make good money with us if possible?. With the price of fuel today, you
either have a company that looks out for the Owner Operators that work for them, or you don't.. WE DO CARE!!!.
We ask all Owner Operators out there, to really
think about how they have been treated through this difficult time.. with the Rates that they have been giving by the Truck
Brokerages, that they are using .. that have ripped them off!.. and do not load with them this summer.. when times are good
with the freight moving. I have had to turn trucks away needing leases this past winter, because we didn't have any trailers
for them, we felt very bad about that.
We
hope everyone really takes care of their drivers, they are what keeps America.. MOVING!.. without the Drivers out there working,
there may not be any America to take care of.
